Wijdan Michael Salim (Arabic: وجدان ميخائيل, Syriac: ܘܓܕܐܢ ܡܝܟܐܝܠ) is the current Iraqi Minister for Human Rights in the government of Nouri al-Maliki. An ethnic Assyrian and a Chaldean Catholic, she was elected as part of the Iyad Allawi's Iraqi National List. She was also elected in the Iraqi parliament as part of the same list in the January 2005 elections.
